I personally like Wishmaker a lot. To be honest, it’s not among my most visited casinos though as they don’t run that many promotional offers. But other than that, it’s a pretty darn good experience.

Other than bonuses not being that common, downsides include a fairly poor focus on the Indian market. What I mean by this is that Andar Bahar isn’t offered; nor IMPS or UPI as a payment method. Some promotional offers are also stated in Euro and not in Rupees.

To me navigation is mostly about game categorization and this is absolutely amazing at Wishmaker. Games can be sorted in a huge amount of ways, which makes it super easy finding a suiting one. They can be filtered by game provider, theme, new releases and a bunch of different features. This includes sticky wilds, bonus rounds, colossal reels, cluster designs and megaways – just to mention a few.

In addition to the game categorization the overall navigation at Wishmaker is just great. They haven't developed an casino app for mobile devices, but this isn't needed as the browser experience is flawless.

Customer Support | ★★★★

My view of the customer support is all in all pretty good. I do, however, have to critic on the fact that it can take several minutes to get in contact with them on live chat. Having worked as a customer agent myself the reason is probably high work load with not enough people stationary. They aren’t always slow, but sometimes they answer really fast.

Most importantly, the quality of the support is great. I have always been met with a friendly approach and I have nothing bad to say about the service. All my cases have been handled smoothly and efficiently. It’s also nice that the support is available 24/7 even though you can’t reach them by phone.

This is unfortunately one of the worst things about Wishmaker. Compared to many other Indian gambling sites they rarely launch any new promotions. At times you will of course find some, but it’s not a wide selection.

While promotional offers are rare, this is somewhat compensated by a pretty nice loyalty program. As you wager money on games you’ll reach new levels on your account which will grant you gems. Collect enough gems and these will give you wishcoins which can be traded in for free spins on a bunch of different games or exchanged for bonus money or even pure cash.

I’m not entirely sure how valuable the program is as they don’t tell you how much wagering is needed for each level, but from what I’ve experience I like it.
