Launched in June 2020, Casino Days is one of the newer casino sites in India. It is owned and operated by White Star B.V. and was created by two casino enthusiasts from Sweden. Their ambition was to deliver a player-focused and trustworthy gambling experience of the highest quality.

Trustworthiness | ★★★★

With my research and experience of playing at Casino Days, reading through their terms and conditions and going through whatever player complaints I've been able to find, I would say Casino Days is likely to be trustworthy. Except for a couple of customer support encounters that have been questionable, I have not had any problems with the site at all.

Its score on Trustpilot is 3.2 out of 5 which is considered high for casino sites. Complaints are always posted on Trustpilot no matter how legit a casino is so having such a high score is a good sign.

In terms of appearance, Casino Days look legit; terms and conditions are well-written and the site design is of high quality. As many as 60 different game providers have chosen to partner up and work with Casino Days, which also speaks to its trustworthiness.

Casino Days is licensed by Antillephone N.V. which can be verified via a trust seal in the footer of the site. This license further speaks towards Casino Day's legitimacy even though the license is weaker than one from the Malta Gaming Authority. The Antillephone organization is not as stringent in overseeing its casinos.

Overall, the slot experience at Casino Days is great, but let’s start with the not-so-good. If you fancy jackpot slots that can pay life-changing amounts with a small stake, there's one big problem. There is no category for these games. They exist, but in order to play them, you have to know their name and search for them.

Furthermore, the popular jackpot type known as daily, must-drop jackpots is not available at all. To me, this is quite a letdown and why I would prefer a casino such as Lucky Niki.  

Apart from this though, any player who fancies spinning on slots is likely to love Casino Days. With nearly 3,000 slot machines from 60 different game providers, the selection is absolutely massive. It’s very versatile and also very well categorized which is a big plus.

Except for the jackpot games that don't have a home, there is a category for just about everything. This includes feature buys, megaways, cluster ways, new releases, payouts over 10,000x and more.  

Live Casino Experience | ★★★★

With Playtech missing as a live casino provider, I would say that the live casino experience at Casino Days is almost perfect. It’s provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Super Spade Games, Pragmatic Play, Betgames, Lotto Instant Win and TVBET. That’s more than you need if you ask me.

You should know that Casino Days doesn't have any mobile app developed at the moment. However, this is not needed as the site is fully responsive to mobile devices. It works flawlessly in your web browser. Just from a navigation standpoint, I would say it's one of the best mobile casinos in India.

Customer Support | ★★★

While I haven’t required much help from customer support, I have been in contact with them a couple of times just to try them out. Based on these experiences, my feelings are a bit mixed. I have received quick replies to my queries over live chat which is a big plus. Never have I waited very long.

However, the quality of the agents I have spoken to has varied. Some have been very polite and knowledgeable, while others haven't even bothered to read what I actually write and just replied with some copy-pasted nonsense. This inconsistency is not unusual to find at casinos, but it's bad nevertheless.

Another critique is that agents have been too persistent in asking about verification details (like name and address) when asked a simple question. If a question is general and has nothing to do with a player account, why not just answer it and please the customer? But no, they make things harder than they should be.

There isn’t any phone support available at Casino Days. However, they do have a live chat on the site that can be used 24/7. E-mails are also replied to all around the clock.

The amount you can get is higher than many online casinos in India, which is great for those who love to play at higher stakes.

The wagering requirementA wagering requirement is a multiplier (based on received bonus OR bonus + deposit) telling you how much money you have to spend on gambling before any received bonus amount can be cashed out. It's rare to find lower slot wagering than this.

For live casino, most games contribute 10% to the wagering, which effectively means that the wagering requirement would be 350x if you only play live games. This is very high, but somewhat of a standard in the online gambling industry.

There is one exception though. Any variation of Casino Holdem, Stud, 3 Card Poker and Teen Patti does not contribute to the wagering at all.

Based on my findings and experience playing at Casino Days, the selection of bonus rewards is quite pleasing. Their promotional page tends to have several offers up for grabs every week.

Like the welcome bonus, the promotions are generally more valuable for slots than live dealer games. However, the offers tend to be marketed toward live casino games with better wagering requirements than that of the welcome offer.

For instance, you could find a live casino reload bonus with 10x wagering (effectively 10x on slots and 100x on live casino) or a weekly cashback on the losses had in the live casino, with no wagering required at all.

Loyalty Rewards | ★★★

There isn’t much to be said about loyal players receiving rewards at Casino Days. There is no VIP program in place which you can read about or take part in. The way loyalty is rewarded is through bonuses that are added to your account. The more you play and the higher the stakes, the more and the better the bonuses will be.

Being a casual player, I don't have too much experience with this so I can't give you any good insight into the value you can expect as a high roller. I have received some deposit bonuses such as 20% live casino bonus up ₹2,000, but my experience is limited. However, based on what I know about the gambling industry and other casinos, as well as the feeling I get from Casino Days, I don't think they will disappoint you.
