My experience with Betway is very mixed. There are some great things about the site that outperforms most other operators, but there are also many terrible things that make me go crazy. Let me explain it all and show you what you as an Indian resident can expect from gambling at Betway.

Reaching the customer support is not the easiest task either – it’s easy when you know how to do it but not as a new player.

This is by far the worst thing about Betway. It’s great that they’re offering support all around the clock, but 8 out of 10 times the agents are absolutely clueless. With all my experience of gambling online, I have rarely experienced a customer service this bad.

If you're looking for a loyalty program, you won't find one. Betway used to have one where you earned loyalty points that could be exchanged into bonuses, but they've ditched it.

What's left in terms of loyalty bonuses is that the most active players will receive exclusive rewards added to their account. Unfortunately I don't know the exact value of this.
