The Game in Short
Quantum Blackjack Plus plays similarly to traditional Blackjack in the sense that you’re looking to get a hand value closer to 21 than the dealer. You can split pairs and double down like in any Blackjack game.
The main twist of Quantum Blackjack Plus is that three or five multiplier cards will be presented on a screen every game round. These cards, which represent the cards on the table, will have a random win multiplier attached to them of x2,5, x3, x5 or x10.
Whenever you win a hand that contains one or several multiplier cards, these will boost your payouts. Should you, for instance, win with two cards that have been given an x10 multiplier, you would get paid 20 times your bet amount.
To compensate for the extra potential the game is offering, any hand without a multiplier card will push when the dealer goes bust with three cards. In other words, if you haven’t been dealt a multiplier card and you stand at 20 while the dealer reaches 25 on three cards, no win would be awarded. You would only receive your stake back.
Out of all Blackjack games that can be played with live dealers at online gambling sites, Quantum Blackjack Plus is one of my favorites in terms of entertainment, along with Lightning Blackjack. While the twist of the game is simple, everything has been nailed.
First of all, the modern design of the studio and table is very aesthetically pleasing. It just looks awesome. Then you have the dealer which is a lot more social and enthusiastic compared to many traditional Blackjack games. He or she really makes the game come alive, cheering on players when they get a good hand and talking to those who decide to type in a chat.
Of course, the concept of the game itself may be what matters the most. I just like it. It’s a really nice change to normal Blackjack as you have the potential to win a lot more. To me, this is always exciting. Depending on the multiplier cards, you may have to consider another strategy than you normally would in Blackjack, which on one hand is challenging if you’re looking to play perfectly, but also a lot of fun.
The increased payouts of Quantum Blackjack Plus are certainly a big reason to play the game. The best-case scenario is winning with five multiplier cards that have an x10 multiplier attached to them. This, of course, will rarely happen as it’s very unlikely. However, the potential to get a win boosted by x5 – x20 is definitely always there.
What appears to be a big plus of the game is that the RTP is just as high as it is in traditional Blackjack, if not higher. Playing perfectly will land you on an amazing RTP of 99.57%. Fin
There is, however, a big downside to this. No one (as far as I know) knows how to play this game perfectly as the strategy would be different than that of traditional Blackjack.
Therefore, there is actually a predominant risk that the moves you make will land you on an RTP that is significantly lower. That’s the worst thing about Quantum Blackjack Plus. Unless you can figure out the mathematics, you will have to trade some potential winnings for the improved experience offered.
There is a perfect strategy in Quantum Blackjack Plus that would land you on an RTP of 99.57%. Unfortunately, though, it is not known what this is. In some other games, such as Power Blackjack, the provider has been kind enough to provide the optimal strategy in the game rules. However, this cannot be found in Quantum Blackjack Plus.
